Thin Air likely saved my house!
My furnace stopped working late on a Sunday night when the temperature was hovering around 0 degrees Fahrenheit. I started calling 24-hour HVAC companies, and Don actually answered the phone at 11pm! He tried to walk me through a fix and stayed on the phone with me for almost a half an hour. When it didn't work, he scheduled a tech to come to our house the next morning.
Ryan, the technician, arrived before 10am, and within about 20 minutes, he had found the source of the problem and made the repair. Our furnace was working again, and it was just in time for a night where it went down to -20 degrees Fahrenheit! If we hadn't had a working furnace that evening, I can't imagine our pipes would have survived.
